Hey you!

Annique Simpson Change Communications Manager

I’m Annique.
Nice to meet you!

I’m a senior internal communications manager specialising in change and transformation. In a nutshell, I create and deliver data-driven strategies to help employees understand and want to get involved in technology, process and people changes affecting their employers.

My communications experience is broad – in terms of sector and company size/make-up – and driven by one goal: to help create inclusive working environments where businesses and employees win.

I also love helping other PR and communications folk thrive – so I share what I know on this blog, at events and online and through my work with the UK’s first association for Black African and Caribbean PR professionals.

I also…

  • play the piano and study music theory (currently Grade 2)
  • DJ in the comfort of my own home
  • have bylines in several publications, including gal-dem, PRS for Music’s M Magazine and Black Ballad
  • love yoga, weight training and long walks in nature.

Let’s work together!

I’m always interested in:

  • connecting with new people
  • guest-blogging and speaking about internal communications and psychology

So if you’d like to connect or collaborate on something special, get in touch.
